TRMM is a joint venture between the NASA and Japanese Space Agency JAXA. The United States Department of Agriculture uses data from the Tropical Rainfall Measurement Mission (TRMM). Users can download files provided from the GES DISC (Goddard Earth Sciences Data and Information Services Center) to calculate the amount of participation calculated in any spot on the globe.
